Any item sent by U.S. Mail to your account address will typically take 7 to 10 business days to arrive. If the item does not arrive in 21 days from the date of mailing, then please contact Customer Care on the support page from the 22nd day or later. At that time we will attempt to resolve the issue in a mutually agreeable manner. The customer must be in compliance with all the other rules, terms and conditions at that time.
When redeeming a winning, an alternate selection of a DIRECT ELECTRONIC TRANSFER may be available to you. If this direct transfer is displayed and selected by you as the means to provide your winnings. There may be issues that arise, which prevent the providing of funds in this manner. We reserve the right to only provide the mail delivery service, even if you have selected the alternate direct electronic delivery.
